I’ve been making some more skirts for Blythe, and these are the latest two I’ve completed. First we have the Sugar Buzz Skirt:
I really love the way the pattern on this one worked out. The yarn is variegated so I never know exactly what it’ll look like knitted up. I think that the blue and pink colors work really well with the almost camo-esque pattern – it’s totally eighties, dude!
Then, the Pez Skirt:
I used variegated yarns for this one – one that is mostly orange and pink and another that is mostly green. I love the way the stripes turned out! I wasn’t sure if they’d be too wide (these yarns are slightly heavier than I use for most Blythe stuff) but they worked out quite nicely. Eventually I will sit down and figure out vertical stripes.
